Commercial Terms

These terms apply to confirmed prices, orders and sales issued by ANDES INTERNATIONAL LLC under PartsAndes.

Validity and scope

Only a written confirmation identifies product, quantity, price, validity, availability, timing and freight. A listing without a price is not an offer or quotation. Changes in quantity, destination or specification may change the terms.

Price, tax and exemption

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Tax and freight are added when applicable. Tax exemption requires a valid certificate accepted before invoicing; self-declaration is not sufficient.

Payment, cancellation and sourcing

Payment method and timing are stated before order acceptance. Special orders or supplier-committed items may not be cancellable. Source, brand, equivalence or delivery is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the written confirmation.

Errors and acceptance

We may correct obvious errors before accepting an order. No order is accepted until ANDES INTERNATIONAL LLC confirms it in writing and, when applicable, receives authorized payment.
