Origin, carrier, cost and timing are confirmed for each order before payment.

Availability and dispatch

A catalog listing does not prove stock. Dispatch dates are shown only for controlled, confirmed inventory. Timing is estimated unless specifically committed in writing.

Destination, freight and taxes

Cost depends on destination, weight, dimensions and service. International shipments, if accepted, may create duties, taxes, clearance and recipient charges.

Risk, tracking and partial shipments

Shipping method, transfer of risk and any partial-shipment arrangement will be stated in the order confirmation. Tracking is shared when issued by the carrier; a tracking number does not guarantee delivery date.

Loss or damage

Inspect delivery, note visible damage with the carrier, retain packaging and notify us with photos and documents. We will assist with a claim according to the shipping method and terms.
